    Title PC and Server Technical Support Representative (Bilingual-English/French)
    Description The role of PC and Server Technical Support Representative is to provide technical phone support for all Seanix brand name and approved PC and Server.  They will also provide technical training and guidance to our ASP (Authorized Service Partners) to improve their knowledge in serving and repairing.
    Responsibilities
    • Answer  1-800 tech support lines in a timely fashion to ensure calls are not waiting
    • Provide tech support through email and phone to the requests from Seanix dealers and end-users.
    • Authorize web RMA requests from the ASP
    • Manage various phone and email requests from ASP’s which can include RMA and Technical issue.
    • Interact with engineering team to resolve any technical issues in the field.
    • Handle on-site call and dispatch the appropriate ASP based on the location of the defective unit, and arrange for the shipment of replacement parts.
    Qualifications

    Attributes & Skills:

    • Must be a problem solver who is very detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills and a solid knowledge of various OS.
    • Network+ certificate or equivalents.
    • Knowledge of PC and Server hardware.
    • Fluent in English and French required.
